Right of withdrawal and refund

In case of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods received from the Seller without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from the order. The Customer is entitled to a full refund, excluding shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction.

The refund will be made upon receipt of the goods by the Seller.

The customer is only liable if the returned product shows damage or signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics and functioning. In other words, you can try the product as you would in a physical store, but if it is used beyond this limit and becomes damaged, we may have to reduce the refund based on the decrease in value.

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories) and complete with the accompanying tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the Seller will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days from their return.
